Sigh of Relief

I had three tests this week, so I feel like I deserve to spend a little time blogging. I think they all went pretty well, and I can't help but get excited about the end of the semester and starting nursing school! It's becoming really real. I got my schedule for my first semester complete with all 19 credit hours and class almost every weekday from 8-5:30 PM. I'm not sure how I'm going to deal with having to be at class at 8 AM again...and I have to factor in a commute! Ugh. I'm going to miss Meramec, though. I had some great teachers, and I've loved having down time. I'm wondering if I'll ever be able to say I made an A on a test again after this semester...

In other news, I had a blast visiting Darein in Chicago. We stayed at his apartment (yes, he's more grown up than me), did some touristy shopping, and went out to an awesome restaurant/bar with a Latino band and dance instruction. Darein informed me that the real drama occurred after we left. Apparently a lady that we watched dance (because she was really good) dropped dead suddenly later in the night and an ambulance came and couldn't find a pulse or anything. Crazy. Another thing...Chicago shouldn't have Dunkin Donuts on every street corner, because we just had to partake. One more thing, the megabus is no fun when it's completely full.

Update: the other car accident I was in turned out not to be my fault either(whew). I am just one unlucky driver.

I can't wait for this weekend! Tomorrow, I'm going to see New Moon with Carlie and Christy, and I cannot wait! I literally cry every time I see the previews, and I'm not even 13 years old. I love these corny books. Speaking of corny, I love Glee, too, and Amber Riley never ceases to amaze me. Also...Matt's coming home Saturday!

Happy Thanksgiving to all, and I hope you get a more significant Thanksgiving Break than I do (2 days...what is that?)!
